World Book Day Marvin Story Time Show Special

240 UK Special Schools, and 488 classes plus friends from the USA and Romania joined this most wonderful online story time for children with complex needs. We shone a bright light on children who need this programme to support access to story beyond the typical story book.

The show is called a ‘show’ to make it more fun! It’s an inclusive literacy programme, underpinned with Positive Looking Visual Skill opportunities to promote visual attention, fixation, this increases engagement and participation leading to greater learning potential. Children vocalise more, concentrate for longer periods and LOVE THIS PROGRAMME . There is nothing like it available for them. They need something online that they can enjoy just like every other child or young person and at Positive Eye, I have developed it and I am proud to bring this to children who are so often overlooked.
